-Check Duty Manager Log Book from yesterday and act accordingly if there is anything to be done. -Check current status (Check ins/Check outs) -Make yourself aware of VIP arrivals and Welcome them. -Check Function Rooms and Function Boards. Take necessary information from banquet supervisors for on going functions. -Visit Restaurant-Bar and Conference-Hall. Talk to Supervisors in order to find out if everything is ok. -Check Lobby and guests’ floor. Be sure that they are all clean and tidy. -Check front doors, flags, parking places, main gate. -Visit back of the Hotel: Service levels, offices, staff cafeteria, changing rooms, kitchens, staff entrance. -Check Security Department if everything is alright at the hotel. -Check all the elevators, if all of them clean and working properly. -Check uniforms of the team members who are on duty. Contact their related Supervisors if needed. -Check offices and all the store rooms if they are locked and safe. -Check lights. Take necessary action if needed. - Hand over to Morning Shift and Fill DM report. -Talk to receptionists if there is any problem with guests during check ins and check outs. -Contact with airport if needed (to get all data about flight time table for guests)
